1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings stated below:

• "Kamol Boon" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" — refers to the workshop provider operating at 195 Ramkhamhaeng Road, Bangkapi, Bangkok 10240, Thailand.
• "Participant" / "You" — any individual who registers for or attends a Kamol Boon workshop.
• "Workshop" — any educational session or programme offered by Kamol Boon.
• "Services" — the educational workshops and related materials provided by Kamol Boon.
• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions as accepted at registration.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a workshop registration or enquiry, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all participants. A minimum age of 18 years is required to register for any Kamol Boon workshop. We reserve the right to refuse registration at our discretion.

3. Service Description

Kamol Boon provides financial education workshops for adults in Bangkok, Thailand. Our current programmes are:

• Price Comparison Skills — 1 evening session, ฿2,800
• Foreign Investment Awareness — 3 evening sessions, ฿8,400
• Downsizing Financial Strategy — 5 sessions over 3 weeks, ฿14,300

Workshop content is educational and informational in nature. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or tax advice. Participants should consult licensed professionals before making any financial decisions.

4. Enrolment and Registration

Workshop places are confirmed upon receipt of payment in full. Completion of a registration form does not constitute a confirmed booking. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Group size is capped at 12 participants per session. Kamol Boon reserves the right to reschedule sessions when attendance is below minimum viability; affected participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

5. Payment Terms

Workshop fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are payable in full prior to attendance. We accept payment by bank transfer. Details are provided upon registration confirmation. Fees include all session facilitation, printed reference materials, and post-session support as described in the workshop programme. VAT is included in quoted prices where applicable.

6. Cancellation and Transfer Policy

• 72 hours or more before the first session: Full refund issued within 7 business days.
• Less than 72 hours before the first session: No cash refund, but you may transfer your registration to any future intake of the same workshop at no additional charge.
• No-show: No refund or transfer will be issued for unannounced non-attendance.
• Transfers must be requested by contacting us at [email protected] or by phone.

7. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are expected to:

• Attend sessions on time and remain for the full session duration
• Treat facilitators and other participants respectfully
• Refrain from recording sessions (audio or video) without express written consent
• Not reproduce or distribute workshop materials for commercial purposes
• Provide accurate information when registering

We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves disruptively, without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All workshop materials — including handouts, workbooks, presentations, and reference guides — remain the intellectual property of Kamol Boon. Participants are granted a personal, non-exclusive licence to use materials for their own learning purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of materials without written permission is not permitted.

9. Disclaimers

Kamol Boon provides educational content in good faith based on information available at the time of delivery. We make no representations or warranties that the content is complete, current, or applicable to any individual's personal circumstances. Workshop content does not constitute professional financial, legal, or tax advice. Participants act on information from sessions at their own discretion and risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Kamol Boon's total liability to any participant in connection with the Services shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant workshop. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from attendance at or reliance on our workshops. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Kamol Boon harmless from any claims, costs, or losses arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions or your misuse of the educational content provided.

12. Termination

We may terminate a participant's registration with immediate effect if they breach these Terms or behave in a manner that disrupts other participants or facilitators. In such cases, no refund will be provided. Participants may withdraw from a workshop in accordance with the cancellation policy in Section 6.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, we encourage informal resolution in the first instance. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand. We will always attempt to resolve issues amicably before any formal proceedings are considered.

14. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the full agreement between you and Kamol Boon.
• Severability: If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remainder continues in full force.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms to another person without our written consent.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above will reflect any changes. Participants who register after a revision date are bound by the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
